Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Wallet Setup

Go to Profile → Click 'Wallet Setup' → Create a 6-digit PIN (NEVER share this)

Detailed Steps:

Login to your NoxManage dashboard
Click on your profile picture
Select 'Wallet Setup' from menu
Create a memorable 6-digit PIN

2. PIN Security

Choose memorable but secure PIN → Confirm PIN → Wallet is now active

Detailed Steps:

Don't use obvious numbers (123456, birthdates)
Confirm your PIN carefully
Wallet activates immediately after setup
PIN is encrypted and never stored in plain text

3. Understanding Balances

Online Balance: Payments from online sales → Cash Balance: Physical store payments (can't withdraw)

Detailed Steps:

Online Balance: Money from NoxMall/online payments
Cash Balance: Physical cash from in-store sales
Only Online Balance can be withdrawn digitally
Cash Balance remains as physical cash

4. Withdrawal Process

Go to Wallet → Select withdrawal method (Bank/MOMO/Crypto) → Enter recipient details → Enter PIN

Detailed Steps:

Navigate to Wallet section
Click 'Withdraw Funds'
Choose: Bank Transfer, Mobile Money, or Crypto
Enter accurate recipient details
Enter your secure PIN to confirm

5. Processing Times

Mobile Money: 1-4 hours → Bank Transfer: 6-24 hours → Crypto: 1-24 hours

Detailed Steps:

Mobile Money: Fastest option (1-4 hours)
Bank Transfer: May take 6-24 hours
Crypto: Depends on network (1-24 hours)
Weekends may have longer processing times
