Complete Setup Guide

What's the difference between NoxMall and NoxManage?

NoxMall is the consumer marketplace where customers shop. NoxManage is the business management platform where sellers/manage their stores, inventory, bookings, and teams.

How long does account approval take?

Typically 24-48 hours. Our system verifies your Ghana Card and business details. You'll be notified via email/WhatsApp once approved.

Why can't I withdraw cash payments from my store?

Wallet withdrawals only apply to online payments. Cash payments received at your physical store remain as cash and aren't processed through the platform.

What happens if I don't complete an order/appointment on time?

Orders/appointments auto-cancel if not completed before the deadline. Any prepaid amounts are automatically refunded to the customer.

How do customers find my store?

1. They can search for you on NoxMall.com marketplace 2. You can share your unique store link/QR code from your dashboard 3. Your products/services appear in relevant categories on NoxMall

Is there a commission on sales?

No! NoxManage has 0.5 commission. You keep 100% of your sales. We only earn from optional premium features and subscriptions.
