Go to noxmall.com → Click 'Sell on NoxMall' → Fill in your details: Email, Phone Number, Password, and Business Name.
Upload your Government ID (National ID, Passport, or Driver's License) → Enter ID number → Submit for review (24-48 hours).
Product Store (sell physical/digital goods) OR Service Store (offer services) OR Both (sell products AND services in one store).
Secure your finances with proper wallet setup and withdrawal management
Go to Profile → Click 'Wallet Setup' → Create a 6-digit PIN (NEVER share this with anyone).
Choose a memorable but secure PIN → Confirm PIN → Your wallet is now active and protected.
Online Balance: Payments from online sales (withdrawable) → Cash Balance: Physical store payments (NOT withdrawable) → Pending Balance: Funds waiting for settlement (3 days).
Master product/service management, bookings, and store optimization
Dashboard → Add New Product → Choose category → Upload 2-6 images → Set pricing → Add description → Publish.
Dashboard → Add New Service → Choose category → Set duration and pricing → Add images → Set availability → Publish.
Track stock levels → Set low stock alerts → Manage variants (sizes, colors, etc.) → Bulk update inventory.
Add team members, set permissions, and collaborate efficiently
Profile → Team Management → Add Member → Enter their email and select permissions.
View Only: Can see but not edit → Editor: Can manage products/orders → Admin: Full access (except financial data) → Manager: Full access including financials.
Team member receives WhatsApp/Email invitation → They sign up via the link → Access their own dashboard with assigned permissions.

Dashboard → Share Store → Copy your unique store URL or download the QR code.
Your store automatically appears on noxmall.com once approved by admin.
Share link on social media → Add to email signature → Print QR code for physical location → Add to business cards.
Handle customer orders and service appointments efficiently
Customer places order → You receive notification → Confirm order → Process → Mark shipped → Mark delivered → Completed.
Customer books appointment → You confirm → Service delivered → Mark completed → Get paid.
Orders/appointments auto-cancel if not completed by deadline → Prepaid amounts automatically refunded.
Understand how badges work and how to reduce your commission rates
Badges are store reputation tiers that determine your limits and commission rates. Higher badges = more products/services, more staff, and lower commission.
Basic (15 items, 5% commission) → Bronze (30 items, 4%) → Silver (60 items, 3%) → Gold (100 items, 2%) → Platinum (Unlimited, 0.5%).
Meet requirements (sales, products, reviews) → Pay upgrade fee → Unlock new features and lower commission.
